Compliance would cost us tens of thousands of dollars, as well as consuming vast amounts of time. However, neither Mr. Laws (the code enforcement officer) nor Mr. Geniuch (the building official) is willing to tell us what exactly we need to do in order to comply before we submit a permit and commit to carrying out all required improvements. Our elected officials inform us that they have no capacity to protect us from these officials. We have neither the financial ability nor the desire to write a blank check to conform to pointless standards.

So, on November 30th, the Jones Family Farm was open to the public for the last time.
The farm stand was a quaint, 200-square foot building located near the road, a self-service facility selling pasture-based meats and freshly caught seafood on the honor system. For nearly two and a half years, the system worked smoothly and made neighbors feel welcome.
This is not the first time the farm has faced harassment by local officials.

Cauliflower and broccoli are cruciferous vegetables that have been praised for their cancer-fighting properties, like antioxidants that help rid your body of toxins that might damage cells.

These are foods you should only indulge in every once in a while.So choose a drink or dessert you really enjoy and savor it, rather than going for something that you might drink more of, but not like as much.

These are foods you should cut out completely. Brown found that when he drank diet soda or ate processed foods, he would crave and eat sweet and processed things more often, contributing to his weight gain. And artificial sweeteners may be to blame. Studies have shown that artificial sweeteners can be addictive and put taste receptors into overdrive, causing the body to release more insulin – a hormone instrumental in storing body fat. So, instead, he stopped incorporating these foods into his diet altogether.

"Cutting the Blessing" in antiquity was very different than today in modern U.S. culture where we amputate the entire prepuce organ. Hebrews and early Jews made this very small slit in the tip of the prepuce to allow the few drops of blood to be shed as the blood sacrifice of the covenant. The Hebrew words used for the practice are "namal" and "muwl". In Hebrew, namal means 'to clip' - like one would clip the ends of our fingernails. Muwl means 'to curtail, to blunt.' Neither of these words mean "to cut" "to amputate" "to remove" "to cut off," etc. There were very different words in Hebrew to represent 'the cutting off' or 'the removal of.' The difference was obviously clear to people at the time.

You could not possibly amputate the prepuce organ in antiquity and expect the child to live. Even today we deal with a 1-in-3 rate of complications associated with prepuce amputation and approximately 200 deaths per year (in the U.S. alone) due to circumcision surgery. At this time in early Hebrew culture, babies would have hemorrhaged if this organ were removed, and if they lived through the blood loss, they would have died of disease.

My short lecture consists of 4 parts.
First I will describe the situation on the ground in Europe. Then, I will say a few things about Islam. Thirdly, if you are still here, I will talk a little bit about the movie you just saw. To close I will tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem...

Now these are just numbers. And the numbers would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France. One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks. The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favour of a worldwide caliphate. A Dutch study reported that half of Dutch Muslims admit they “understand” the 9/11 attacks.
Muslims demand what they call ‘respect’. And this is how we give them respect. Our elites are willing to give in. To give up. In my own country we have gone from calls by one cabinet member to turn Muslim holidays into official state holidays, to statements by another cabinet member, that Islam is part of Dutch culture, to an affirmation by the Christian-Democratic attorney general that he is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority. We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey.
Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behaviour, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus. Some prefer to see these as isolated incidents, but I call it a Muslim intifada. I call the perpetrators “settlers”. Because that is what they are. They do not come to integrate into our societies, they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam. Therefore, they are settlers....

Allow me to give you a brief Islam 101. The first thing you need to know about Islam is the importance of the book of the Quran. The Quran is Allah’s personal word, revealed by an angel to Mohammed, the prophet. This is where the trouble starts. Every word in the Quran is Allah’s word and therefore not open to discussion or interpretation. It is valid for every Muslim and for all times. Therefore, there is no such a thing as moderate Islam. Sure, there are a lot of moderate Muslims. But a moderate Islam is non-existent.
The Quran calls for hatred, violence, submission, murder, and terrorism. The Quran calls for Muslims to kill non-Muslims, to terrorize non-Muslims and to fulfil their duty to wage war: violent jihad. Jihad is a duty for every Muslim, Islam is to rule the world – by the sword. The Quran is clearly anti-Semitic, describing Jews as monkeys and pigs.
The second thing you need to know is the importance of Mohammed the prophet. His behaviour is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized. Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several marriages – at the same time. Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammed himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza. He advised on matters of slavery, but never advised to liberate slaves. Islam has no other morality than the advancement of Islam. If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad. There is no gray area or other side.
Quran as Allah’s own word and Mohammed as the perfect man are the two most important facets of Islam. Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion. Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means ‘submission’. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is sharia. If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies....

I listened to a podcast from Underground Wellness today called Cure Tooth Decay with Rami Nagel - May 20, 2010. The Rami guys seemed kind've off in his head, but the facts they brought up, the research that Weston Price offers, made total sense. Price was a dentist who traveled around the world to see if he could find people without tooth decay and then studied their diets. He found they ate a lot of organ meat from animals and insects and such. The guy mentioned fat soluble vitamins. He said liver, like from a cow, is one of the most highly concentrated foods with those vitamins. Also cod liver oil, preferably fermented and with high vitamin butter oil from grassfed cows (summer time).

When talking about route canals he gave the analogy of a rotten orange. Basically the doctor goes in and takes the root out so we have no pain and replaces it with synthetic materials. It's like taking an orange that's obviously rotten and taking the inside of it out, which is pointless since the orange is obviously rotted.

He also talked about the research on how route canals can cause major health problems. In one story Weston Price met a woman who couldn't walk, was in a wheel chair, and who had a route canal. Instinct told him to take out the tooth with the route canal. Soon after the lady was able to walk. He linked it to such illnesses as arthritis and cancer by putting the teeth pulled by the patients with the diseases under a rabbit's skin and the rabbit contracting the disease. Dental work has also been linked to gluten and casein intolerance. (circa. 35 mins.)

Oxytocin is produced by the brain and affects the brain in its natural form. Pitocin is introduced into the blood stream and does NOT affect the brain.

So, the website of the co-op I'm in is http://www.azurestandard.com/. Here's a little post on how it works. Basically it's a monthly thing where you meet up with the truck and get your goods. I'm not sure, but I want to say they're Seventh Day Adventists. They sell Bible stuff on their site as well as food, personal items, vitamins, supplements, books, essential oils, water filters, etc. They also have sales bimonthly. I like to see what books they carry and see if the library has them. There's a gluten free cookbook here as well and one called Is Ritalin Necessary? ($4.15! - in my shopping cart!). I haven't read them, but the titles may make them worth the time...

There are plenty of gluten-free cookbooks on Amazon, but I think the one I mentioned was The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide by Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The cookbook I was telling you about is Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. It's based on the Weston Price research.

There's another book I started called Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About by Kevin Trudeau. My girlfriend recommended it - it's the reason she understands the "organic" movement. It's VERY informative, but can be quite upsetting as well. You'll either laugh or cry since it's all about the conspiracy theory of the FDA, pharmaceuticals, food sellers, etc. making people sick on purpose to make money.

The health food store in San Dimas is Vitamin City. They (and Azure) carry Pamela's brand of baked goods and mixes and are the best price for raw milk.

Another thing I've found, since my grandma doesn't like to eat out, is a website of restaurants that serve gluten-free food.

Regarding raw milk, there are a number of videos on Youtube regarding it's health benefits, including Raw Milk Ninja and The Whole Truth About Milk, which are the guy you heads Organic Pastures, the raw milk we get. I also found this site for child nutrition and ADHD that mentions typical milk and this one for avoiding milk. And another: The Myths about Pasteurized Milk and The Benefits of Fermented Milk, which states, "The practice of fermenting, or souring milk is common in almost all traditional groups that keep herds. This process predigests the casein, or milk protein, which causes many milk allergies and is often linked to ADHD behavior. The fermentation process also breaks down lactose." (There's the answer to that question!)

Green tea contains a type of polyphenol known as epigallocatechin-3 gallate, or EGCG, that inhibits the expression of the interieukin-8 gene. This is a key gene involved in the arthritis-inflammatory response. Researchers theorize that "more may be better" when it comes to green tea reducing the inflammatory response as EGCG shortcircuits the process that leads to inflammation.

An even better option is white tea

White tea is the unfermented, uncured tea leaf. As with green tea, which is heat cured, white tea comes from the plant Camellia Sinensis plant, which grows in many Asian countries. White tea is simply picked, washed and dried, giving it a fragile, flaky texture when dry and a very light gentle flavor. White tea is the least processed of all the teas, and therefore is highest in antioxidant, while it is lowest in caffeine.

Green And white tea serving tips:

1. Use pure filtered water. Do not use fluoridated water to brew your tea. Fluoride causes symptoms identical to arthritis. According to Dr. Robert Carton, Past President of the EPA union, in an interview in Professional Perspectives on Water Fluoridation. 2. Avoid boiling hot water. Steeping tea too hot may cause it to lose its health properties. As with any plant, there is a big difference between the cooked and raw leaves.

Sugar causes free radicals that oxidize fats which form plaque deposits in our arteries, leading to disease, aging and arthritis.
Avoid white or brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, chocolate bars and other confectionery products made with refined sweeteners.

Alfalfa (tablets or tea).
